1. Return the product.
* On return You must provide the receipt/cheque (Invoice) and return form with the parcel. Otherwise the parcel will not be recognised and we will not be able to return You the money.
We strongly recommend sending goods with registered post or courier, so that You can track and trace. Also we recommend to inform us about the comming shipments from not EU countries if it is needed customs clearance. We do not take any responsibility for goods sent via unregistered post.

You can return your parcels FREE OF CHARGE via Omniva parcel lockers in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
- Complete the product return form on the Omniva website.
- Pack the product you wish to return or exchange and place the parcel in an Omniva parcel locker.
- Refunds for returned products are processed within 2–14 business days from the date we receive the returned products.
After receiving the goods, the money is returned within 2-14 working days.
Returned goods have to be in original package, not harmed or damaged, not used (perfumed, stained with powder clothes are treated as unproper for return), packed fully as received, with original labels, and packing plastic etc. Every product has to be put in the same original bag as received. *
* If the returned product does not meet these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer and no refund will be issued.
